How to Order
All of our products are made to order in our workshop in Suffolk. Our
lead times range between 4 - 12 weeks depending on the complexity and
size of the order as well as our current schedule. An indication of
delivery time can be estimated in a quotation document prior to placing
an order.
All of our carpets, mats and baskets are available in custom sizes;
please contact us for further information or a quotation.

We will require the product details of the item you wish to purchase,
the quantity and all contact details including an invoice address and
contact number,
a delivery address and contact number (if different) and all relevant
instructions.
An invoice will be issued once your item is in production for the total
cost and we accept payment by cheque or bank transfer only. Full payment
must be received before any orders can be dispatched from our workshop. |
