All quotations are valid for 30 days.

Estimated delivery dates are subject to change depending upon any updates to the schedule of work.

Delivery charges may be subject to change and a new quotation will need to be acquired at the point of dispatch.

All prices quoted include VAT but exclude all delivery charges.

If a customer is based in the EU and can provide a valid VAT number and proof of export VAT can be deducted from the total order cost.

VAT will not be charged on goods leaving the EU if proof of export can be proven and confirmed.

Prices are subject to change at the discretion of the management.

Waveney Rush Ltd outsources the delivery of products to a reputable agent and as a consequence cannot be held responsible for any damage which may occur on transit.

Our products are quality checked before leaving the workshop. On receipt of the goods please inspect them thoroughly and make a note with the delivery driver if there are any issues with the packaging and contents. Please also contact us immediately to report any problems.

Waveney Rush Limited cannot be held responsible for delays or disruptions to the delivery of goods unless we were responsible for a late or erroneous dispatch.

Waveney Rush Ltd can arrange a door to door international air and sea freight service that includes customs clearance but excludes any local duties and taxes payable directly by the receiver on receipt of the goods. This service is outsourced to reputable freight agents and prices can be subject to fuel and weight surcharges. Waveney Rush Ltd take great care to prepare and pack all international shipments carefully to avoid any damage enroute; Waveney Rush Limited cannot be held responsible for damage or delays that are not directly attributable to the actions or service of the company.

Order cancellations are accepted for up to seven days after the order is confirmed unless the order is already in production. Orders from our basket product range that are in production will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total invoice value. Bespoke items including all matting and Custom Products are subject to a charge of 100% of the total invoice.

We are confident that you will be extremely happy with the quality of all of our products, but in the event that you are not, please contact us by email or letter explaining the issue and we will do our best to resolve any problems. We will accept returns and consider replacements or full or partial refunds if there is a significant problem with the quality of manufacture or raw material. We cannot accept returns on bespoke items including all matting and custom made baskets. Original delivery charges are non-refundable and customers are responsible for returning the products to us in their original condition and packaging. Waveney Rush Limited reserves the right to charge an additional re-stocking fee if the item is deemed to be soiled or damaged in any way.

          Waveney Rush Limited accepts payment by cheque or bank transfer only.
          Full payment must be received in full before any orders can be dispatched from the workshop.
          Customers are responsible for their own banking charges.

The rushes used to make our products are natural and consequently their colour may vary. Waveney Rush Limited cannot be held responsible for the colour of the rushes, or guarantee a particular colour of product. Samples are available for customers to view current colours as purely an indication of what their product might look like. The colour of the rushes does change with time; this is a natural process accelerated by exposure to sunlight. Waveney Rush Limited cannot be held accountable for changes to the colour of products over time.

On account of the inconsistency of the thickness of rushes, Waveney Rush Limited will endeavour but cannot guarantee to achieve exact sizing. Slight variations are possible and customers are asked to inform Waveney Rush Limited if there is a particular minimum or maximum size to adhere to.

Care Instructions are provided with every order. These instructions will help to prolong the quality and life of a Waveney Rush Limited product. Waveney Rush Limited cannot be held responsible for a customer's failure to carry out the approved care instructions that may result in premature damage or deterioration of a Waveney Rush Limited product.

We collect personal data from our customers for the purposes of producing quotations, fulfilling orders, taking payment, order communication, and organising and completing deliveries. All personal data is confidential and stored securely. Customer data is not shared with any third parties with the exception of institutions involved in order payment and delivering goods.

We use Google Analytics to gain insight into our customer's experience of our website. Google Analytics does not record or store any sensitive data, and consequently cannot share any personal information with any third party organisations.
